Introduction

In response to a client request for a unique boutique hotel that blends seamlessly with nature while offering the utmost privacy, ISM Homes proudly presents the successful completion of the Pax House Hotel project. Our architects, interior designers, engineers, and construction teams, were all involved in the project execution, ultimately delivering a fusion of architectural brilliance, and sustainability, with a serene forest experience.

Project Description

Our client approached ISM Homes with a vision of using safari-style luxury cabins to build a boutique hotel nestled within a pristine forest in central Nairobi, providing a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of urban life. The challenge was to craft cabins that offer privacy and a sense of being one with nature.  The project brief, perfectly suited to our prefabricated product “Tetris,” demanded a complex construction on a steep slope, all to be accomplished within a tight timeframe, while still delivering a product of modern luxury.

Tetris Homes; Sustainable Construction

This approach seeks to minimize environmental impact and maximize long-term benefits. Energy efficiency is a cornerstone of this approach, focusing on optimizing insulation, natural lighting, energy-efficient appliances, and renewable energy systems, all integrated seamlessly into the design.
